tended eastern trip. They will

On Saturday, Oct. 6, at 6
o'clock, occurred the marriage of
Miss Edna . Sandels and Mr.
Henry Bloch of St. Paul, Minn.
The ceremony took place at the
Hotel Tuller, Rabbi Franklin offi-
ciating.
Mr. Harry Goldsmith, beloved

A DISINFECTANT FOR THE
HOME.

The war is teaching many things of
value in the conduct of our own af-
fairs. We have learned much in re-
gard to proper sanitation of our cities
from the model camps that our gov-
ernment has erected. Sanitation is
the ounce of prevention to disease,
and is being developed in the Ameri-
can home as an absolute necessity.
The Oxygenos Laboratory Company,

other destructive insects.

Organizations, is , a, member of the
commission of twenty women, ap-
pointed by Governor Harrington to
co-ordinate and direct all of the
women's work in the State of Mary-
land. To the Federation has been as-
signed the work of establishing an

employment bureau to trace and find
work for unemployed women, whose
husbands have enlisted, to find trust-
worthy caretakers of the home and
children, during the enforced absence
of the mother, and to co-operate with
all local agencies.
