Arnovits of Laurium, Mich., which was solemnized on Wednesday evening, August 15, in the home of the bride's parents on Aledbury avenue. Rabbi Leo M. Franklin, assisted by Rabbi Koplowitz, father of the bride, performed the ceremony in the presence of the immediate family and a few close friends. Miss Koplowitz wore a charming gown of georgette crepe and carried a shower of roses. Attending her was her sister, Miss Ruth Koplowitz, who wore a frock of pink satin trimmed in touches of blue, and carried an armful of pink roses. Mr. Leon Koplowitz acted as best man. Tall palms and ferns and vases of pink gladioli formed the decorations in the home, and music was furnished during the evening by Kutson's Orchestra. Mr. and Mrs. Arnovits have left for a short trip to Chicago and Ottawa Beach, and will be at home in Laurium after September 1. Out-of-town guests included Mr. and Mrs. A. Silberberg and son Milton of Oil City, Penn. ; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ringold of Toledo ; Mr. Charles Simon of Fort Wayne, and Miss Sallan of Leavenworth, Kas. Mr. and Mrs. Silberberg -, who mo- tored from Oil City, are accompanied home by Mrs. Koplowitz.
