graphed him as follows:
"Your contribution of one million dollars to the Ten Million Dol-
lar Fund for the Relief of Jewish War Sufferers serves democracy as,k

"The Russian Revolution has opened the doors of freedom to an oppressed
people, but unless they are given life and strength and courage the opportunity M.
