The marriage of Miss Hattie Kraus
of Grayling, Mich., to Mr. Wilfred
Cohn of this city, took place on
Wednesday evening in the home of
the bride's mother, Mrs. Albert Kraus.
Rabbi Leo M. Franklin officiated.
Miss Ethel Herman, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Herman; and
Mr. Ira Cohn of this city were mar-
ried on Sunday evening at the home
of the bride's parents in Cincinnati.

The wedding was solemnized Sun-
day of Miss Rosalind Graff and Mr.
David Abner. The ceremony was per-
formed by Rabbi A. H. Hershman in
the presence of the immediate fam-
ilies.
The marriage of Miss Doris Vir-
ginia Weiss, (laughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Maurice Weiss, to Mr. Max Finkel-
ston, was solemnized on Tuesday
morning at 10:30 o'clock, at the home
of the bride's parents in the Hollenden
apartments. The ceremony was per-
formed by Rabbi Leo M. Franklin in
the presence of the immediate families
of the bride and groom and was fol-
lowed by a wedding breakfast of
beautiful appointments. Mr. and Mrs,
Finkelston left at noon for an ex-
tended southern trip and will make
their home in Detroit upon their re-
turn.
, The marriage of Miss Sadye Mon-
ash to Mr. Benjamin Felber was sol-
emnized at Temple Beth El on Thurs-
day afternoon,. Rabbi Leo M. Frank-
lin officiating.

Final arrangements have been com-
pleted for the sale and dance to be
given under the auspices of the local
Hadassah at the Shaarey Zedek Syn-
agogue on Sunday evening, March 4.
Every effort has been made by the
committee in charge to make this af-
fair a success, one of the main fea-
tures for the evening program which
has been arranged being continuous
dancing. Admission will be free.
The proceeds of the bazaar will go
towards the maintenance of the Medi-
cal Unit, which consists of a division
of ten doctors and an equal number
of nurses to be sent to Palestine to
fight the terrible plagues of typhoid
and cholera that have been ravaging

Knights of Pythias, Detroit Lodge
No. 55, states that the twenty-seventh
