EMERY MONASH nee Miss Lillian Goodman A very quiet yet elaborate wed- ding was solemnized Thursday, Aug. 17, 1916, when Nliss Lillian Goodman, (laughter of \I r. and NIrs. David Goodman, was united in marriage to Nlr. Emery Nlonash, Rabbi I Iershman officiating. Only the very immediate family witnessed the ceremony which took place under a shower of white rib- bon and a bower of greens. The bride wore a white taffeta and tulle gown and carried a beautiful shower bouquet of white roses and lilies-of-the-valley, l'ink and white roses interspersed with varying shades of greens formed the deco- rations. Nliss Goodman will be remem- bered as being the youngest high school graduate in the city in June, 1911, and also as being a member of the Nloore School faculty. The young couple left for an ex- tended lake cruise and will be at home to their friends after Septem- ber 1, 1916, at 265 East Hancock avenue. NIrs. A.
