SELZER-SOIFER
The marriage of Miss Rose Sel-
zer to N1 r. Jack Soifer took place
on Tuesday evening at the home of
the bride, 252 I lendrie avenue.
Rabbi Judah L. 'Levin officiating.
The house was prettily decorated
with white peonies and roses, the
same flowers being used most effec-
tively in the dining room, where
supper was served. The bride wore
a gown of white taffeta and silk
shadow lace, trimmed in pearls, and
a tulle veil. Her boquet was of
roses and valley lilies. She was at-
tended by Miss Klinger of Louis-
. ville, Ky., as maid of honor, her
gown being fashioned of pale green
net over charmeuse of. the same
shade. The bride's other attendants
were the Misses Bertha Allen, Rose
Cohen, and Fanny Koblin, all of
whom carried bouquets of white
peonies. The out-of-town guests
were Mrs. and Miss Klinger of
Louisville, Mr. and Mrs. Hyman
Soifer of New York, Miss Edith
Sikov of Pittsburgh, Mrs. I. Fine-
man and son of Cleveland, Mr. and
Mrs. Lee Hyman of Chicago, and
Mrs. Pollock of Port Huron. NIr.
and Mrs. Soifer have left for an
eastern trip and on their return will
be at home at 252 Hendrie avenue.

JACOBSON—EPSTEIN
Miss Bertha Jacobson, daughter
of Mrs. Anna Jacobson of 98 East
Warren avenue, formerly of Lud-
ington, Mich., and Mr. Abe Epstein
of Toronto, Ont., were married
Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock,
Rabbi Hershman being the officiat-
ing clergyman. Miss Jacobson was
attended by her sister, Miss Rose
Jacobson, and the groom's brother,
Mr. Jay Epstein of Toronto, was
best man. Owing to the recent
" death of the bride's father, S. Jacob-
son, none but immediate families at-
