It is re- quested that persons requiring his services should bear this in Mind. In fact, no function at which the rabbi's services are required should be arranged for before consulting him. If members of the congrega- tion will bear this in mind, it will avoid embarrassment and disap- pointment. The secretary of the congrega- tion, Mr. Adolph Freund, requests that members of the congregation should notify him promptly ' of change of address. The principal speaker at last Sunday's meeting of the Men's Club of Shaarey Zedek was Mr. Samuel J. Rhodes, Who spoke on "The New Nationalism." At the last meeting of the Young People's Auxiliary of Shaarey r. Fred M. Ilutzel gave a very interesting address on "Some Currents in Modern Education." lrs. F.
